Snickers ice cream

For this recipe you need

500 ml of whole milk

  • 4 egg yolks

  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

  • 100 gr of sugar

  • 140g of Snickers (about 7 mini-Snickers)

Cut 2 mini snickers (I used a large one) into small pieces and set aside in the freezer. Here, it is best to take a frozen snickers which will remain tender.

Bring the milk to a boil and beat the egg yolks with the sugar and cornstarch.

Pour the milk over the eggs, stirring actively to prevent the eggs from coagulating.

Return the mixture to the heat without boiling and melt 100g of snickers (or more for a stronger taste).

Let the mixture cool completely before pouring it into an ice cream maker or for those who don't have one, simply put it in the freezer.
