Muffins

For about 12 muffins, you need


  • 300g of flour


  • 2 eggs


  • 20cl of milk
  • 125g of melted butter


  • ½ teaspoon of salt


  • 120g brown sugar (can be replaced by regular powdered sugar)


  • 8g of yeast


  • chocolate chips


First, mix the milk with the eggs. Then add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Add the sugar and finally the butter.


Add chocolate chips to taste. You can also leave the muffins plain, or add crushed hazelnuts, or candied fruit.


Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, and let for 8 to 15 minutes depending on the size of the muffins.
