Rolls of swordfish filets with smoked salmon

Here is an idea to cook fish in a presentable and original way. I don’t really know what to call this dish, at the beginning it is a superposition of monkfish and smoked salmon. In the end, I tried this recipe with a lot of fishes, like whiting, here it is Sabre fish filets.

No colors in the plate, it was just quickly done! Otherwise for colors, vitamins and a perfect match in the mouth, I recommend broccoli and sliced carrots.

For 2 people

1 fish filet, 2 slices of smoked salmon

Simply take a filet (whiting, monkfish, swordfish…), check for bones. Spread the smoked salmon on the fish filet and roll it up. You will obtain 3 to 4 rolls depending on the length of the fish and the size of your rolls!

For the sauce

you can also take the dehydrated sauces which give a very good result, especially if you are in a hurry!
