2-color- tagliatelle with salmon- lemon sauce

Here is a colorful dish that I wanted to share with you, because it's really not complicated. I did everything a bit randomly but the result was great!

For this dish, for 5 people, you need 

  • 1 tray of fresh tagliatelle

  • 1 tray of fresh tagliatelle with basil

  • 1 salmon steak

  • a dozen cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream

  • salt, pepper

For the sauce, I put the doses based on my personal experience; try to rectify the mixture  according to the consistency:

  • 5 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • 300ml of water

  • 1 egg
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of flour

  • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream

Cook the tagliatelle and drain them

In the meantime, mix the fresh cream with salt, pepper and a little chive. Then, empty  the small cherry tomatoes and fill them with fresh cream.

Cut the salmon into cubes and cook them in a pan.

For the sauce, heat the water and lemon juice in a saucepan. Once the mixture is hot, add the flour while whisking to avoid lumps. Add the whole egg and allow to heat  while whisking. When the cream becomes thick add the fresh cream. Add salt and pepper and serve immediately.

For decoration, each one can follow his or her own taste as there is no general rule. Here is a small dish full of color nice to serve!
